Based on reviews submitted between May 16, 2025, and May 15, 2026, Alexander earned strong approval from Omni associates, placing him among the chief executives recognized by employees across large U.S. companies.

Glassdoor determines its Best CEOs honorees using a proprietary algorithm that evaluates the quantity, quality and consistency of approved company reviews. To qualify for the 50 Best CEOs – U.S. Large Companies list, employers must receive at least 75 ratings across both CEO job performance and senior management and have at least 1,000 employees at the close of the eligibility period.
