Rates are all-inclusive which include Service Charge, Tax and Resort Amenity Fee. Individual guest reservations require a deposit of a one-night stay (including package elements). The deposit will be applied to the last night of the schedule stay. At the Mount Washington Resort, a full refund, minus a $25.00 processing fee of the guest deposit will be made if notification of cancellation is received at least 30-days prior to arrival. A 50% refund of the guest deposit will be made if notification of cancellation is received 7 -30 days prior to arrival. Any change within 0-6 days of arrival to your original reservation, including no-shows, cancellations, or changes in arrival or departure dates, may result in a charged room rate (or package rate if applicable) in full for all nights of the original reservation.
Check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. Check out time is by 11:00 am. We require that guests attending a function on their departure day check out prior to 11:00 am. Arrangements can be made for luggage storage through Guest Services.
