Named one of the best family tennis resorts in the country by Tennis Magazine, our tennis center offers several meticulously maintained red clay courts that have welcomed greats like Arthur Ashe, Rod Laver and Bobby Riggs. The Volvo International Tennis Tournament began here in 1973 and put our tennis center on the map. Twenty thousand fans gathered to witness the first tournament, as a young nineteen year old named Vijay Amritraj defeated another nineteen year old, Jimmy Connors. Today, the Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa continues its reputation as a major tennis center offering world-class red-clay courts and a variety of lodging packages. The full-service pro shop offers round robins, clinics, private lessons, as well as custom-designed individual programs. Reservations are required for court time and lessons.

Rent the court or take a private lesson with our USPTA Certified Tennis Pro, Tom Over. His easy-going nature and knowledge of the game makes him an ideal instructor for both the beginner and the advanced player working to elevate their game to the next level. Tom can tailor your private, group, or junior lesson to each player’s individual skill level ensuring a fun time for anyone!

Cancellation Policy: All reservations are charged in full at the time of the reservation. Changes or cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival date are fully refundable. Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date are non-refundable and non-changeable. Please pay careful attention to local weather forecasts for any outdoor activities if you feel that you do not want to participate in certain weather conditions. You will not be given a refund or a gift certificate if you are late or do not show up for your activity. If your activity is cancelled by Bretton Woods due to weather or other unforeseeable conditions, you will receive a full refund or have the opportunity to reschedule. We will make every attempt to contact you at least 48 hours ahead of time; however, this 48-hour notice may not always be possible due to the unpredictable nature of the weather in New Hampshire.
