This summer, experience the revitalizing and refreshing taste of mango in cocktails and dishes like our Mango Frosé and Mango Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl!


Summer 2018 was dedicated to the mango! Our culinary team went beyond the traditional tiki-cocktail and used their creativity to come up with inventive, flavorful and healthy dishes perfect for a hot summer day.

Honey Program

Honey was named the 2015 Flavor of the Year, but our infatuation with "nature's sweetener" began years ago as five hotels have raised their own bees and incorporated their honey into culinary dishes and spa treatments. Find out how our partnership with the National Honey Board helped us take this one step further and create a custom menu with honey-infused cocktails and fare across all our properties.
