Every summer Omni Hotels & Resorts spotlights one of the country's most popular ingredients and our culinary masterminds are charged with creating a unique and delicious menu of food and drink options. In the past we've discovered the Magic of Maple and the flavor of honey, "nature's sweetener". This summer, experience the versatility of avocado as we partner with Avocados from Mexico to create Avocado Grilled Cheese, Avocado Hummus and of course a Jalapeño-Avocado Margarita plus much more!

Honey Program

Honey was named the 2015 Flavor of the Year, but our infatuation with "nature's sweetener" began years ago as five hotels have raised their own bees and incorporated their honey into culinary dishes and spa treatments. Find out how our partnership with the National Honey Board helped us take this one step further and create a custom menu with honey-infused cocktails and fare across all our properties.
