Experiential Group Dining

An interactive approach to your dinner meeting

Whether you desire a refined banquet or a unique event fit for foodies, The Omni Grove Park Inn offers experiential group dining for your meeting, reunion and more. All of our packages may be customized to fit your taste and theme.

The Art of Dinner - $180* per person
The Art of Dinner is a six-course dining experience specifically curated for your group, inspired by the work of six local artists with varying styles and techniques. Both artists and chefs will introduce themselves, along with the inspiration tying together each piece and course. Passed hors d’oeuvres will also compliment this unique event, while a working glass blower creates commemorative gifts on site for you and your guests.

Epicurean Education - $75* per person
Expand your culinary knowledge with tips and tricks from The Inn’s own experts. Take this 90-minute cooking class where our chefs will share the technical nuances of outdoor or indoor cooking. Prepare choice flank steak and delicious oysters on our outdoor grill and smoker, or try your hand at a delectable risotto and savory crab cakes in the comfort of a full-range kitchen. Finally, sample the fruits of your labor complete with nonalcoholic beverage station, and take home your own signature butchers apron and recipe cards of the dishes you created.

Spirits Dinner - $180* per person
Select your choice of seasonal small-batch tequila, gin, bourbon or rum, and The Inn’s chefs will create a five-course dinner, pairing each unique dish with cocktails featuring your selected spirit. Our bartenders will offer a brief history of the cocktails and explain the proper building and serving procedures. Make the most of this event with take-home recipe cards and a 50 ML bottle toward your very own night cap at the end of the evening.
