HILL COUNTRY PAVILION
The new 5,556 square foot pavilion is nestled in the base of the Hill Country with windows that can be opened up to create a true indoor/outdoor space. It provides the perfect setting for an elegant wedding reception, live music events, or intimate rehearsal dinners. The observation deck displays stunning views and seamless access to two sweeping event lawns, perfect for cocktail hour in the Hill Country. Guest Capacity: 800 *with lawn seating
ROCK HOUSE
Secluded in the rolling hills of the Fazio Canyons golf course, the Rock House offers an opportunity to host your event off the beaten path surrounded by nature. Enjoy an evening under the Texas stars, or host a midday event where sweeping oak trees and bubbling streams greet your guests as they arrive. The Rock House’s sprawling lawn is a picturesque location with horse shoe pits, washer pit, bean bag games and fire pit. Inside the rock house is a rustic poker table, pool table, darts and more. The Rock House is located 5 minutes down the road from Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa.

DARRELL K ROYAL BALLROOM
The elevated and elegant Darrell K Royal ballroom is an excellent choice for your wedding event in Austin. Celebrate with Hill Country views in a refined space that has plenty of space for a dance floor and bandstand. Guest capacity: 900
WILDFLOWER ATRIUM
The Wildflower Atrium is the perfect space for an intimate wedding ceremony or reception. This space’s serene ambiance is accented with herringbone wood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the surrounding Texas Hill Country. Guest Capacity:300
BRAZOS BALLROOM
The modern 14,532 square foot Brazos Ballroom features 24’ ceilings and additional prefunction space, including the light-filled Brazos Foyer. This large space can accommodate up to 895 guests, making it the ideal venue for destination weddings. Guest Capacity: 1593

Weddings FAQ
In addition to creating your ideal wedding reception, our experienced team can also provide assistance with ceremony space, audiovisual packages, staging, dance floors and more. Pricing may vary. Your Catering Sales Manager can also recommend special event professionals to assist with your event and act as your on-site liaison between your wedding planner and the venue operations associates.
- A signed contract with a binding cancellation as well as a non-refundable deposit schedule with a minimum initial deposit of 25% of the estimated charges is required to secure your wedding date and venue.

Wedding parties may create a room block for their guests by contracting a minimum of 10 rooms per night. They may provide a rooming list of their guests, have their guests call in, or create a customized group landing page for guests to reserve rooms.
Upon signing the contract, 25% of the food and beverage minimum is required. Three additional payments of 25% of the food and beverage minimum will be due according to your deposit schedule. Ten days prior to your wedding date, the final amount is required based on your final guest count, menu and bar selections. Any shortfall of your food and beverage minimum would be applied as room rental to your final bill. Contact your Catering Sales Manager for more information.
- All food and beverage must be provided by the resort. Exceptions may be made for wedding cakes and certain religious or cultural requirements, including those associated with South Asian weddings.

Yes, Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa offers two unique outdoor wedding venues in Austin, TX with Rock House and the Hill Country Pavilion. Rock House can host up to 150 people and is located in the rolling hills of the Fazio Canyons golf course. Hill Country Pavilion can host up to 350 people and offers a true indoor/outdoor venue when the floor to ceiling windows are open. Submit an RFP to learn more.
While our Catering & Conference Services team will guide you through the planning of your wedding at the resort, we do not provide in-house wedding planners. A professional wedding planner or day-of coordinator is required for all weddings.
