Meet the chef who brings Texas cuisine to you
Kyle grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he attended the Louisiana Culinary Institute. Kyle worked as an executive chef during his time in culinary school. After a decision to leave privately-owned restaurants and move to the hotel industry, Kyle moved to New Orleans to work at the Royal Orleans in the heart of the French Quarter. Kyle worked his way from Sous Chef to Executive Sous Chef before earning the Executive Chef position at the Omni in Jacksonville, Florida. Kyle relocated to Austin to begin his tenure at Omni Austin Hotel Downtown in August 2015.
