We offer a variety of cleansing, nourishing, exfoliating and invigorating treatments, including our Signature Body Ritual, featuring Mountain Mist botanicals. Settle in and savor the refreshing fragrances of fresh lemons, ginger, lemongrass or essential oil blends, while you enjoy deep relaxation. A massage, hydro-massage shower or bath in our air-jet color therapy tub may be added into some treatments.

The Spa massages are available in 50 or 75 minute options.

MOUNT WASHINGTON SWEDISH MASSAGE
A favorite of those new to receiving massage as well as those seeking pure relaxation, Swedish Massage uses long, gliding strokes and light to medium pressure to ease the body and mind. Customized scented and unscented natural oils are included complimentary with this service, or choose to upgrade to therapeutic aromatherapy oils. (50 or 100 Minutes)

HOT STONE MASSAGE
This classic technique uses the penetrating energy of warm basalt stones to helps the body relax and dissolve stress. (50 or 100 Minutes)

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
This corrective and therapeutic massage uses expert application of deep pressure to focus on deeper layers of muscle tissue and “knots”, perfect for those with chronic muscle tension. (50 or 100 Minutes)

ADVENTURER’S MASSAGE
Ideal for sports and fitness enthusiasts, this massage combines deep tissue techniques with stretching to relieve muscular tension while increasing flexibility and circulation. (50 and 100 Minutes)

SKY TO STREAM SERVICE
Indulge your extremities by combining our North Star and River Bed Services. Tender care is given to lower legs and feet, lower arms and hands, neck, scalp and face. Perfect for those not interested in a full-body massage but still interested in full-body relaxation. (100 Minutes)

With two therapists and a private massage room, share this relaxing experience with a family member, friend, partner or spouse.

MOTHER-TO-BE MASSAGE*
This massage relieves body tension and stress by focusing on the neck, back and weight-bearing joints.
*NOTE: This massage can only be done if you are past your thirteenth week of pregnancy and it is NOT recommended for those women experiencing a high-risk pregnancy.

Reservations are required for Spa services, and are reserved for hotel guests and club members. A waitlist is available for non-resort guests, which will be assessed 24 hours prior to the requested booking. Please call 603-278-4286 or email mwspa@omnihotels.com for reservation inquiries.

Please inform us if you are pregnant or have a specific need that may affect your choice of services. For your comfort and safety, you must be past your first trimester if you wish to receive a massage. Do not use essential oils if you are being treated for low blood pressure. If pregnant, please check with your doctor before using essential oils.

LEMONGRASS MIMOSA BODY SCRUB
This invigorating scrub uses micronized walnut shells, bamboo and lemongrass to exfoliate away dry, tired skin. Enjoy a soothing lotion application featuring Sicilian Bergamot to nourish and soothe the skin. Unscented products also available.

MOUNT WASHINGTON SIGNATURE BODY RITUAL
Treat your body like a temple with the ultimate hydrotherapy, while soothing your inner soul. In our Signature treatment, our Vichy shower’s seven jets flow over your body, relaxing your muscles in a virtual waterfall. A triple exfoliation with our Mountain Mist signature body line gently removes dull layers of skin improving circulation. Receive a hot oil scalp massage while under the Vichy jets, followed by time in our Swiss Shower. Your signature treatment will finish with a tension-melting, full-body hydration application.

On this voyage of relaxation, your therapist focuses all attention on your worthy extremities with a scalp massage, hydrating hand and foot treatment, and relaxing face and neck massage with custom serum.

ESPRESSO BEAN SCRUB & WRAP
This detoxifying treatment will awaken all your senses while treating your body to an exfoliation using crushed espresso beans and volcanic pumice. Wrapped in black silt to maximize detoxification, all tension will melt away with the hot-oil scalp massage. Your service is completed with a lotion application featuring Sicilian Bergamot, to uplift and revitalize the body.

ULTIMATE JOURNEY MASSAGE EXPERIENCE
This ultra-hydrating experience will quench the skin and soothe the muscles, working from the outside in. After a stimulating full-body exfoliation, you will be treated with a massage of your choice- Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Hot Stone. This journey ends with a warm body wrap and a hot oil scalp massage, leaving you revived and relaxed.

ROOT TO CROWN EXPERIENCE
This ultra-hydrating experience will quench and soothe every inch of your skin, from toes to scalp. Your Journey begins with a smoothing full-body exfoliation. You are then wrapped in a cocoon of comfort and treated to a hot-oil scalp massage, allowing the warmth and moisture of hand-harvested shea butter to revive your skin from the neck down. Your Journey will finish with a customized facial to suit your specific skin needs.
