The Glass Pavilion Restaurant offers guests a wide variety of menu options including steak, seafood and pasta. Families dining at the restaurant will enjoy our Kid’s Eat Free promotion. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
Celebrate mom with a Mother’s Day Brunch in the Glass Pavilion restaurant, located on the second floor of the hotel. The brunch buffet includes a range of options including a breakfast bar, carving stations, fresh seafood, and dessert bar.
Seating is available every half hour from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Brunch buffet is $55++ (mimosas included in price), $25++ for children 6-12 years old, and complimentary for children 5 and under. Reservations: (361) 886-3525
Chef Sprague, C.C.C., is an American Culinary Federation Certified Chef, with 32 years of cooking experience. He is a culinary graduate and holds nine medals in culinary competitions.
