Reservations

For parties of more than two, please contact us at 754-224-3700 x4701 or contact us by email at least 48 hours in advance. We can accommodate up to four services at one time. Services are based on availability.

Arrival & Check-In

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your service to check in, unwind, and enjoy spa amenities. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting other guests.

Deposit & Cancellation

A 50% deposit is required to reserve an appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Same-day schedule changes may incur a $35 fee per appointment.

Identification

A government-issued photo ID is required at check-in, per Florida law (§480.043, F.S.).

Minimum Age

Guests must be 18+ to access spa facilities or receive massages, facials, or body treatments. Guests 10–17 may enjoy manicure and pedicure services.

Spa Facility Access

Access to the Hammam, steam room, sauna, heated plunge pool, fitness center, and relaxation spaces is included with spa services. Salon services (nails only) do not include access.

Gratuities & Service Fees

A 20% service fee is added to each treatment. Additional gratuities are welcome at your discretion.

Personal Belongings

We recommend leaving valuables at home. Mokara Spa is not responsible for lost items.

Cell Phones

The Spa is a completely electronics free environment. To maintain a tranquil environment, please keep voices low and silence mobile devices if left in lockers. Photography and phone use are prohibited.

Conduct

The spa upholds a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or inappropriate conduct. 

Relaxation Area & Ritual Pavilion

Hammam, sauna, steam room, heated plunge pool, relaxation areas, fitness center, and pool are all co-ed spaces. Appropriate swimwear is required.

Payments & Gift Cards

All credit card payments require photo ID. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined. All sales and gift cards are final. Additional terms and conditions may apply to transactions at the discretion of the Mokara Spa.

Tours

To protect the privacy of our guests, tours of the facility are not available. A viewing window is available for your convenience.

Know Before You Go

Preparing for your visit:

To fully enjoy your experience, we recommend arriving early, silencing devices, and sharing any preferences or areas of focus with your therapist. Swim attire is encouraged for use of our water-based wellness amenities, and valuables are best left secured in your guestroom or at home.

We invite you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to ease into the experience. Allow time to transition, settle in, and enjoy our tranquil spaces before your service begins. For local guests, valet parking is available upon arrival. We recommend allowing a few extra moments to ensure a seamless, unhurried start to your visit.
Bring your swimsuit and sunglasses for our pool areas. Robes, slippers and towels are provided for all guests. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to The Spa, as we cannot guarantee the security of these items. Please be sure to bring your favorite book, magazine or journal as The Spa is a completely electronics free environment, which does include any and all e-readers.

The Spa is a completely electronics free environment. Please leave all electronics, including cell phones, cameras, iPads, e-readers, in your room or locker throughout your Spa visit. There are no exceptions to this policy. We also ask that you speak softly or simply enjoy the silence.

The Spa is a non-smoking facility and outside food and beverage is not permitted. Thank you for partnering with us to create the most healing, restorative and relaxing experience possible.

As a courtesy to other guests and staff, cancellations and time changes must be received at least 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid full cost. For parties of three or more, we request 72 hours notice for cancellation of any appointments to avoid being charged in full.
