When is the next show?
- Sunday, May 26, 2024
Is the event open to the public?
- No, the event is private for hotel guests only. Tickets are acquired via purchase of an Official Cowtown Unplugged Rooms Package.
I don't want to stay the night. Can I just attend the concert?
- We are not opening up ticket sales to the public. Tickets may only be purchased if you have an existing rooms reservation at the hotel.
Is there an age restriction?
- Yes, the event is 21+ only.
When does the event start?
- You will be given a welcome letter upon check-in at the hotel. Wristbands for Cowtown Package holders and lanyards for Cowtown Star Package holders will be available for pickup at the registration desk on the 2nd floor beginning at 5 PM. The pre-show cocktail reception for Cowtown Package holders begins at 6:30 PM and dinner for the VIP Star Package holders begins at 6 PM.
Will there be food?
- Yes, depending on which package you book. The Cowtown Package includes a pre-show cocktail reception with cash bar that has light snacks starting at 6:30 PM. Included in the Cowtown Star Package purchase is dinner before the show at 6 PM. Breakfast for two is included for both packages the morning after the show from 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM in the Fort Worth Ballroom Foyer.
Will there be drinks?
- Yes, beverages will be available for purchase through a cash bar prior to and during the show. There will be two bars outside of the ballroom for the entire duration of the concert.
Can my kids come?
- If your kids are 21 years of age or older, sure! The event is 21+ only.
Is there reserved seating?
- No, all seating is general admission. VIP Star Package holders will receive early entrance to the venue at 6:45 PM. in order to choose their seat before the Cowtown Package holders. General entry into the main event will begin at 7:15 PM.
I'm going with some friends/other couples/a group. Will we be able to sit together?
- You should be able to, though, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee any seats adjacent to one another. We have designed the seating to accommodate parties from 2-8 people, but since all seating is general admission and first come, first serve, we cannot guarantee that there will be a specific number of seats together at any time.
