The front desk was extremely helpful at all times while I was there. They were very courteous, always had a smile and handled our arrivals with speed and efficiency. Tony Basile, Omni concierge, was extremely helpful on the weekend when I arrived. He was able to answer most of the questions I had and just made me feel welcome and at home at the beautiful Omni Severin! Amanda Smale took care of all of my needs once she arrived on Monday morning. We worked together very well knowing that all of the downtown rooms were in sold out situations as was the Omni. It all came together smoothly for my client.
