ART OF BARBECUE SERIES
Travel around the world again this summer with Omni Los Angeles Hotel’s annual Art of Barbecue series, which will showcase unique international barbecue and grilling traditions every week. Starting Father’s Day, June 19 and every Friday through August 26.
Each week will feature Chef’s barbecue action station and will highlight different regions in the USA, like Texas Style Brisket to Carolina-Styled Pulled Pork, to further reaches across the globe from South East Asian Satay, Japanese Yakitori, and Brazilian Churrasco. Guests will enjoy a buffet of regional and international sides paired to each week’s specific barbecue style.
Guests can enjoy the al fresco barbecue lunch buffet on the outdoor patio of Omni Los Angeles Hotel’s Grand Café and a view of MOCA at California Plaza. Starting Father’s Day, June 19 and then Fridays from June 24 – August 26, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Reservations are recommended. Father’s Day: $45 adults, $20 children 4 to 12 and complimentary for 3 and under. Art of Barbecue Lunch: $20 adults, $12 children 6 to 12 and complimentary for 5 and under. Prices are exclusive of tax and gratuity.
