Los Angeles fine dining is showcased at Noé Restaurant at The Omni Los Angeles Hotel. Executive Chef Simon Warren presents a refined seasonal California menu inspired by classic French, farm-to-table, sushi and the Omakase experience. Signature dishes include Ahi Tuna Tartare, Cast Iron Seared Salmon, a 14 oz. Prime Hand Cut Rib Eye and Seafood Bouillabaisse. This tranquil dining oasis in the midst of downtown includes Noé Bar, a relaxing spot featuring a full menu of signature martinis and an expansive wine list. The outdoor patio showcases the stunning downtown skyline, artistic water features of California Plaza and features intimate fire pits. Noé Restaurant and Bar is open nightly for dinner; dress is casual.
Three-Course Holiday Dinner
Noé Restaurant celebrates Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with a specialty 3- course dinner menu range from Smoked Salmon Croquettes, Prime Rib, Butter Poached Shrimp, Vegetarian Risotto, and a variety of holiday sweets from Spiked Egg Nog Cake to the unique Christmas Spiced Pear Cake with Gingerbread Ice Cream. Noé Restaurant 3- course dinner is served on December 24th and 25th from 5:00pm- 10:00pm; adults $54, children 7-12 $25.

12 Drinks of Christmas
From a “partridge in a pear tree” to “12 drummers drumming” and “five golden rings,” our new holiday cocktail menu takes inspiration from the lyrics of the beloved holiday song “The Twelve Days of Christmas.” From November 17 through December 31, Noé Bar and Restaurant is offering guests the chance to indulge in the holiday season with 12 Drinks of Christmas featuring festive beverages that pay homage to the 12 gifts "my true love gave to me."

Flavors of the World returns to Omni Los Angeles on October 1, 2017, as Noé Bar and Restaurant partners with Rioja USA to help you Discover Rioja. Our 2017 series will spotlight this north-central region of Spain through signature Omni programming nationwide. Our culinary team explored every corner of Rioja and took part in the Wines from Rioja educational program to truly immerse themselves in the culture, cuisine and wine to create an authentic experience for our guests.
