Executive Chef Simon Warren’s menu includes a chef’s action station for made-to-order Omelets, Waffles, and Herb and Garlic Prime Rib. Indulge in a decadent seafood selection from Alaskan Snow Crab Legs, Jumbo Poached Shrimp, Whole Poached Salmon, and a Hand Rolled Sushi display. Other traditional favorites include Carnitas Benedicts, Banana Foster French Toast, Hickory Smoked Bacon, to an array of fresh baked pastries and desserts.
