The Royal Bar

An ode to timeless elegance and European grandeur, The Royal Bar exudes regal charm and modern sophistication. Inspired by classic conservatories and luminous stained glass, the space glows with warm golds, soft whites, and elegant grays—creating a serene yet stately atmosphere. Whether for an aperitif, an afternoon escape, or an intimate evening, The Royal Bar invites guests to unwind in refined comfort and style.

Three Maries Jazz Club

Tucked beyond The Royal Bar, the Three Maries Jazz Club offers an intimate escape of dark walls, golden light, and subtle floral touches inspired by garden conservatories. A haven for late-night melodies and quiet conversation, it evokes a sense of timeless allure—where history, imagination, and music intertwine.

Fifi Parée – Coffee Shop

Charming and full of story, Fifi Parée is named for the first cat to fly across the English Channel. Styled as a Parisian flower shop, the café features lush green tones, a hand-painted mural of New Orleans flora, marble floors, and vintage touches evoking a hidden Left Bank gem.

La Riviera – Rooftop & Pool Bar

Reviving its original name, La Riviera returns as a glamorous French coastal escape. Inspired by vintage postcards, the rooftop features bold stripes, terracotta pavers, expanded lounge seating, and a more intimate pool. With panoramic views, custom cabanas, and a VIP dining deck, it’s perfect for elevated gatherings under the stars.

Rib Room

With a renewed sense of Parisian heritage, the Rib Room reemerges refreshed yet rooted in its storied tradition of excellence. Since 1961, this New Orleans icon has been celebrated for timeless service and classic cuisine.
