Nearby decks offer “hotel” parking but are not secured or monitored by the hotel. Hotel will not be responsible for any damage or claims resulting from parking in these unauthorized locations.

Weekend Shuttle Availability - Our shuttle service is designated for our individual travelers and families on a first come basis. We do not service off-site group functions, to the Convention Center, coliseum, other hotels/venues, etc.

WHEN TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m.
Check-out is at 12:00 p.m.
Late check-out up to 4:00 p.m. may be available for an additional $50.


WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?

Dogs up to 25 lbs. are accepted at Omni Richmond Hotel if a valid credit card is on file. Each room with a pet will be charged a cleaning fee of $125 per stay. If you have more than one pet, please contact the hotel directly to discuss.The pet must be placed in a carrier when housekeeping, mini-bar staff or engineering enters the room. In the event a dog barks or is the cause of guest complaints, the guest will be asked to remove the pet.
Note: Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from the pet policy; there is no weight limit or pet fee.
