Guarantee Type

• Standard group rated rooms are considered Run of House rooms, which does not guarantee room or bed type.
• In order to confirm a room reservation in the block, each reservation will require a valid Credit Card at the time of booking.

Cancellation

• Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to forfeiture of one-night room and tax as a cancellation fee.
• Any guaranteed reservation that fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered NO-SHOW and a charge of one night’s room and tax will be posted to the card on file at the time of booking.

Resort Service Charge

• A nightly $20 Resort Service Charge and tax, [discounted from $40], will apply.

Parking

• There is a nightly discounted charge for self-parking rate of $20 per vehicle per night, [discounted from $40]. Valet parking rate is $48 per vehicle.
