The Test Kitchen Series

April 10, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Be part of Omni La Costa Resort & Spa's creative process as we introduce our new Test Kitchen Series. On select Mondays, our chefs invite you to "VUE" an exclusive glimpse behind-the-scenes for a taste of what's currently inspiring them. Explore new flavors, directly share feedback and have the opportunity to influence future menus. Patrons can try an ever-changing lineup of 6-8 dishes in development and interact with Executive Chef John Beriker and team who transform exciting ideas into memorable meals. Seating is reserved to just ten guests per event, creating an intimate, family-style dining experience not to be missed.

Celebrate Easter Sunday making family memories at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. Join us for brunch complete with a decadent spread of culinary delights, made-to-order specialties, a chilled seafood bar and bottomless mimosas along with family-friendly entertainment. Don't miss the city's largest egg hunt of 15,000 eggs, capped off with a special appearance by the Easter Bunny. Buffet reservations are available from 10am to 2pm. Cost is $185 per adult and $65 per child (4-11). 

Note: The annual Easter egg hunt will take place at 11am and is exclusively reserved for overnight resort guests, members and brunch guests.

Monthly Artisan Market

Omni La Costa Resort & Spa has always been a destination within a destination. A place to meet. A not-so-hidden gem where travelers and locals alike trust that there is always a new experience beyond every palm-dotted pathway. With that in mind, we present our newest experience, a monthly artisan exhibit in collaboration with the experts at Traveling Artisans’ Market. Join us every third Saturday of the month as our iconic Palm Promenade transforms into a luxury open air market featuring a select group of talented makers, curated exclusively for Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. Take a stroll through this vibrant experience, interact with the artisans and hear the stories behind their work.

Seasonal Fireside S’mores

This fun experience is s’more than we can handle. Reserve a private fire pit with s’more supplies, sodas, waters and hot cocoa for up to 12 people on Bar Traza Terrace overlooking the La Costa valley and golf courses. Each month, the resort features seasonally inspired enhancements for one-of-a-kind, Insta-worthy creations.

Poolside Cabana Rentals

Enhance your stay at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa by reserving a poolside cabana at Edge Pool or Splash Pool. Cabanas are available for half-day sessions and include shaded seating for up to six guests, a ceiling fan, television and bottled waters.

Il Forno by Marketplace

The culinary team at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa is excited to introduce Il Forno by Marketplace. Meaning “from the oven” in Italian, Il Forno features a selection of handcrafted pizzas and baked pastas from the furnace, as well as Italian salads, gourmet sandwiches and desserts. Like the resort’s several other eateries, the new concept continues emphasis on local, sustainable ingredients and hospitality.
