Please reserve only the number of hotel rooms required by your delegation.  Overestimating your reservation needs may lead to a rooming shortage for other delegations.

Guarantee Type

Standard group rated rooms are considered Run of House rooms, which does not guarantee room or bed type. Please note preferences on reservation.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a deposit of one night’s room and tax at the time of booking.

Accompanying Guest

Please leave accompanying guest names in the comments section at the time of booking

Cancellation

Reservations not cancelled two weeks prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one room night and tax. 

Resort Service Charge

A nightly $22 Resort Service Charge and tax, discounted from $45, will apply.

Parking

There is a nightly discounted charge for both self and valet parking. The self-parking rate is $10 per vehicle and the valet parking rate is $35 per vehicle.
