Guarantee Type

• Standard group rated rooms are considered Run of House rooms, which does not guarantee room or bed type. Please note preferences on reservation.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a deposit of one night’s room and tax at the time of booking.

  Cancellation

• Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancellation fee.
• Please allow 72 hours advanced notice for any changes or cancellations to avoid a penalty of the deposit.

  Resort Service Charge

• A nightly $20 Resort Service Charge and tax, discounted from $45, will apply.

  Parking

• There is a nightly charge for both self and valet parking. The self-parking rate is $25 per vehicle and the valet parking rate is $58 per vehicle.
