This is an all-levels class that follows a traditional format with much attention to safe alignment, and correct yogic breathing.

A strength and cardio combination like no other. Class begins with 30-minutes of challenging cardiovascular spin followed by upper and lower body Barre-style exercises, designed to lengthen and tone muscles while strengthening your core.
POWER VINYASA YOGA

This powerful, energetic, playful, flowing class strongly emphasizes the breath and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class.

Your instructor will guide the class with much attention to individual needs and experience by offering modifications necessary to simplify, or intensify yoga poses and breathing.
RELAXING YIN YOGA

Incorporates deep stretches that are held for minutes at a time to allow the physical body to regain flexibility; the subtle body to enjoy an unrestricted flow of energy; and the mind to experience new levels of peace and happiness.
RIDE & SHINE CYCLE

Wake up your mind and body to the breathtaking view of Camelback Mountain while riding to uplifting music on a variety of terrains. Bikes are located on Joya Fitness Terrace.
SUNRISE MINDFUL YOGA

Cultivate an energizing breath as you move through a series of yoga poses to naturally align the body and calm the mind. This class will invigorate your body and create a peaceful center to prepare you for the day's events ahead.
TRX STRENGTH & CORE

Experience a no-nonsense, intense 55-minute metabolic workout with TRX suspension trainers. This format is designed to give your body the most bang for your buck as the instructor moves from lower to upper body, to core.

GROUP YOGA ON CAMELBACK MOUNTAIN
This 1.25 mile walk from the resort to the mountain's saddle will get everyone's heart rate up and the serene beauty of the mountain will encompass you as you relax in yoga poses.
90 minutes| $400 per hike (15 person maximum. Offered October through April.)
TABATA BOOTCAMP FITNESS
This low-impact, high-intensity workout alternates between 20 seconds of max training followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of eight rounds. This workout is fast-paced, fun and will help to burn tons of calories.
60 minutes | $250 per class (30 people maximum inside, unlimited outside)
This fun and empowering class is set to today's hottest music. Classes begin with a warm-up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and is also used for flexibility training.
60 minutes | $250 per class (30 people maximum)
SPIN AND YIN
Cycle to a beautiful view of Camelback Mountain along with uplifting music on Joya Fitness Terrace for 30 minutes of high intensity cardio followed 30 minutes of pure relaxation and stretching.
60 minutes | $250 per class (10 people maximum)
Held poolside with picturesque views of Camelback Mountain during the day or under the stars at night, your instructor will lead a gentle flow yoga followed by relaxation and stretching poses.
60 minutes | $250 per class (10 people maximum inside)
Choose from Bobby's Rock Loop, Echo Canyon or Cholla Trail. Each hike varies in length and intensity. Be sure to ask your fitness specialist which hike would be best for your group's fitness level.
$300 for one guide and 10 hikers. Additional guides $50 each. (Offered October through April)

MOTHER'S DAY - PEDAL & TRX FOR A CAUSE

Start your Mother's Day enjoying Camelback Mountain views along with a 30-minute high intensity cycle ride followed by 30 minutes of TRX suspension training on Joya Fitness terrace. Proceeds from the class benefit the Happily Ever After League, which helps Arizona mothers who are fighting breast cancer.
MEMORIAL DAY - TABATA BOOTCAMP
Monday, May 29 | 8:00 a.m. | Joya Fitness Terrace | $10 Per guest
This low-impact, high intensity workout alternates between 20 seconds of max training followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of eight rounds. This workout is fast-paced, fun and will help to burn tons of calories. A portion of the proceeds goes to the Wounded Warrior Project, a military and veterans charity service organization empowering injured veterans and their families.
SALUTE-THE-SUN STUDIO OFFERINGS
Feel the sun on your face as you spin through the morning with Sunrise Cycle on the Joya Fitness Terrace or partake in one of the evening yoga classes and let your breath guide you through your practice as the sun sets on the day. Find your inner peace as your gaze extends out to the stunning views of Camelback Mountain and complete your path to relaxation post-workout while sipping on a custom Goddess Martini.
