Q. Will we get a room at the hotel on our wedding night?
A. One suite is complimentary for the bridal couple on the evening of their wedding.
Q. Are room blocks available for my guests at a discounted rate?
A. Yes. Discounts do apply based on hotel availability.
Q. How do my guests reserve a room?
A. Call (800) the-Omni. The rooms would be reserved under a wedding block that contains the bride and groom's last names. We will also provide an online link for your guests to directly make their reservation.
Q. Is parking available for my guests?
A. Parking is located on-site.
Q. Can I bring my own decorations?
A. Yes. The hotel facilities require very little in the way of decorations. However, our guests are certainly welcome to create their atmosphere based on their personal tastes.
Q. Do you provide audio/visual equipment?
A. Yes. AVT Event Technologies is the in-house audio/visual company.
Q. When do I need to notify the hotel with the number of guests attending?
A. 72 hours prior
Q. Can I request extra staff for my event?
A. Yes! Omni Tucson National Resort provides the highest ratio of server to guest in the city. Our standard is one server per 16 guests. Any requests over this ratio is at a rate of $120 per server.

Q. Can we bring our own food or alcohol?
A. No. The hotel provides food prepared by our award-winning chef. Omni Tucson National Resort is the licensed authority to sell and serve any and all alcohol.
Q.Can we make changes to our menu selections?
A. It is your day; we can change any menu item up to 72 hours prior unless an item had to be special ordered per your request.
