Winter SKOLStice at Viking Lakes

With the return of winter solstice, Viking Lakes invites hotel guests and locals alike to participate in 45 consecutive days of winter inspired events and activities. Join us for the return of Winter SKOLstice at the Viking Lakes Eagan Campus January 6 – February 19, 2023.

All events are weather dependent and registration is required.

Minnesota Ice Maze

Featuring eight-foot-high perimeter walls and over one million pounds of ice, families and kids of all ages can explore the new Minnesota Ice Maze. With twists and turns and nearly a half mile of passages, spend the evening getting lost among ice. Tickets for entry are required.

Warming Haus Powered by Xfinity

Skate the Omni

Located on the hotel’s front lawn, guests and locals can test the ice for free. All skaters must bring their own skates and register in advance. Ice Skating Pond is open daily, 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

USA Curling will offer free curling on the Viking Lakes north pond. Days and times vary.
