To ensure that the Mokara Spa team provides you with exceptional service, we request you read over our spa etiquette prior to your arrival.
RESERVATIONS
To avoid service availability limitations, we encourage you to book your spa reservation at least two weeks in advance.
SPA AMENITIES
Guests who are booked for massage, body treatment or facial are welcome to use the spa amenities and Fitness Centre before and after their spa services. We offer a locker, robe and spa slippers during your stay. There is a eucalyptus infused steam room in the men’s change room and a dry sauna in the ladies' change room.
HOSPITALITY STATION
We offer a variety of healthy snacks, infused water, coffee and tea service for our spa guests
CHECK-IN TIME
If this is your first visit to Mokara Spa Toronto, we request that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time of your spa experience so that you can complete the health history form. Returning guests are welcome to arrive 20 minutes prior to treatment time.
LATE ARRIVAL
Due to the scheduling of your spa experience, late start times will unfortunately shorten your service to ensure the next guest reservation is not delayed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you kindly respect the time of our service providers and in the event you wish to change or cancel your spa reservation, please notify us 24 hours prior to the start time of the spa experience to avoid a full service charge.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Spa services are available to guests 18 years and older. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
SPA PRICING
Spa pricing is based on Weekday (Monday - Thursday) and Weekend (Friday - Sunday) pricing.
GRATUITY
To ensure a seamless spa experience, an 18 percent gratuity and applicable taxes will be added to your services and packages. This is at your discretion and may be adjusted with our Spa Liaison should you prefer.
CELL PHONE POLICY
To respect the tranquility of the spa, we request our guests refrain from using cell phones and mobile devices.
PRIVACY POLICY
To ensure the privacy of our guests, photography is strictly prohibited.
GIFT CARDS
Share the gift of Mokara Spa with a gift card. Gift cards may be purchased at spa reception.
