Enjoy an intimate southern-inspired farm dinner at The Sprouting Project, our culinary team’s answer to local sustainability. Guests will tour Amelia Island Plantation’s state-of-the-art aquaponic greenhouse, expansive organic garden and large collection of beehives before enjoying a plated dinner that incorporates items harvested directly from The Sprouting Project. This monthly event will showcase both the creativity and culture of our chefs in a lush, outdoor setting.
Don’t miss out on this exclusive epicurean experience, offering Southern-inspired farm-to-table dining! The evening kicks off with cocktails at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. Seating is limited. $59+ per person, with a cash bar.
