Truffle season is coming, and the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort is going all out spotlighting this decadent delicacy at all of its restaurants and lounges.
This “Truffle Weekend” takeover will be celebrated on December 15-17, 2017, when adventurous foodies can indulge in a variety of dishes (and cocktails!) incorporating this flavorful fungi. Dine at one of The Sprouting Project dinners and enjoy an artfully crafted, four-course truffle focused dinner; try the truffle beef burger at Falcon’s Nest; savor the truffle potato soup by the spoonful at Marché Burette and more with new discoveries at each restaurant!
