Don’t let the winter blues get you down. Be merry as you sip and dine your way through Omni Bedford Springs Resort’s culinary immersion weekend. Friday evening we’ll spend time at our wine workshop near the fire pit while your taste buds are tempted with small bites and charcuterie. Saturday begins with the Art of Breakfast in the Crystal Dining Room, a field trip to Downtown Bedford's chili cook-off, mixology class in the afternoon – culminating in Executive Chef Michael Pineda’s multi-course dinner. End the weekend with a Sunday champagne brunch and cooking class. Great taste awaits you.
