Cancellation Policies

Resort Activities, Guided Activities, Rentals, Lessons: All reservations are charged in full at the time of the reservation. Changes or cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival date are fully refundable. Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date are non-refundable and non-changeable. Please pay careful attention to local weather forecasts for any outdoor activities if you feel that you do not want to participate in certain weather conditions. If you are late or do not show up for your activity, no refunds will be allowed. If your activity is cancelled by Bretton Woods due to weather or other unforeseeable conditions, you will receive a full refund or have the opportunity to reschedule. Participants must meet age requirements and be capable of any physical demands booked activities may require.

Credits for season passes may only be used for a pass issued to the passholder. No additional credits if pass type chosen is a lower value than rollover. No compensation or credit is given based on pass usage. In the event of a season ending injury or life altering event that prevents you from skiing or riding, please contact our season pass office for credit consideration.
