As our guest, we want to ensure that you are totally comfortable and all your needs are met in a friendly and professional way. Please respect the tranquility of The Spa by muting all electronic devices and making phone calls in reception area only. We do, however, invite you to bring your iPod if you want to listen to your own music during your spa services.
We kindly ask that guests be at least 16 years of age or older to enjoy our services and facilities. However, children under the age of 16, when accompanied by an adult, may receive a manicure, pedicure or hair care service.
We suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment so you can get ready to "be in the moment." In order to receive the full benefits of your treatment, allow enough time to familiarize yourself with all the facilities we offer and prepare for your treatment. For nail and hair care appointments, please arrive ten minutes prior to the scheduled time. As a courtesy to our guests, all appointments end on time regardless of the start time.
Robes and sandals are provided for your comfort and enjoyment while in The Spa.
CANCELLATIONS & "NO SHOWS"
If you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid being charged a cancellation fee for each scheduled appointment. "No-Shows" will receive full charge to your room or credit card for the reserved services. "In full" charge includes the price of the service(s) plus gratuity.
Spa facilities include men's and women's locker rooms, relaxation lounges, steam, sauna and outdoor garden lounge with whirlpool. Same day facility use is complimentary when a guest books a spa service that includes a body treatment, massage or skin care. Full-day, evening and salon passes are available for purchase without a service based on occupancy.
FOR YOUR SAFETY
Please be sure to inform your service provider if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart ailments or any condition that may prohibit your taking heat, massage or skin care therapies. We highly discourage excessive alcohol consumption prior to, during or immediately following spa treatments. Please avoid immediate sun exposure following skin care therapy. We highly discourage shaving immediately prior to treatments.
For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be added to all services and packages. If, for any reason, you do not feel the quality of your spa treatment warranted this, please let us know at The Spa Reception Desk before you leave The Spa and it will be adjusted. If you feel you have received exceptional service, please let us know. Additional gratuities may be left at your discretion in appreciation of exceptional service.
We offer Meeting Enhancers, Welcome/Thank-You Gifts and Spa Services for Groups designed especially for your meeting or conference. Consult with your Conference Services Manager for more information.
Please leave jewelry and valuables in the hotel's safety deposit boxes. If you forget to do so, you may secure your valuables in The Spa's safety deposit boxes. Please inquire at The Spa reception desk.
All prices are subject to change, but we will always inform you of any changes when you make your appointment.
You will be given a robe and sandals to wear in The Spa and a private locker for your possessions. Our licensed service providers are trained in procedures to assure you are properly covered during the treatment, and your privacy will always be respected. If you feel more comfortable, you may wear your undergarments or request disposable ones. If you would like to request a certain service provider or gender, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Complimentary hot and cold beverages are provided in The Spa Relaxation Lounges. In addition, you can order specialty beverages including wine and champagne, and healthy "lite-bites" from The Spa Cuisine Menu.
Advance reservations for services are highly recommended. Before your arrival, you may call The Spa directly at either (877) 278-2920 or (603) 278-4286. We welcome “spur of the moment” requests and will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased at The Spa, it must be returned within ten days of the purchase with proof of purchase in order to receive a credit or to exchange it for a more suitable product. Returns without a receipt will receive store credit only.
Smoking is completely prohibited at the Spa. The Hotel's designated smoking area is available to Spa guests.
