We have stayed at this hotel for our meeting for the last 7 years. The accommodations have always been pleasant. The staff is always very helpful. The renovation of the hotel is great. Highly recommend this hotel.
Just one word.... Excellent! Everything was great. Thank you. I was there for a four day meeting and the staff was fantastic. Everything was seamless. I would highly recommend The Omni for a couples stay or a meeting. The location is perfect, right on Michigan Avenue.
