To ensure desired time and treatment preference, we strongly recommend making your spa reservation at least two weeks prior to your visit. Please allow additional notice when scheduling for holidays and weekends. Spa appointments must be secured with a credit card and are subject to cancellation fees. MAXIMIZING YOUR SPA EXPERIENCE
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow time to check-in. The use of our dry sauna prior to your treatment will relax your muscles, so that you receive the full benefits of your service.
Arriving late will result in the loss of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next guests, your treatment will end on time regardless of how late you begin.
The spa is an environment of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all of our guests’ rights to privacy and quiet time by turning cellular phones and mobile devices off when you enter the spa.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the loss of or damage to personal articles; including clothing and accessories. We ask that you remove all jewelry before any service. We recommend leaving your jewelry at home or in the safe provided in your guest room.
SERVICE GRATUITY CHARGE
A 20 percent gratuity charge will be automatically added to your spa and salon treatment prices.

In the unfortunate event that you must cancel or reschedule your spa or salon service, please let us know by the close of business the day prior to your appointment to avoid being charged for a scheduled treatment. Groups of 10 or more booking services require a two-week guarantee. The spa strictly adheres to our cancellation policy.
