At Ocean Tides Spa, each experience is thoughtfully curated to restore balance and calm. Our spa is open by appointment Monday through Sunday. To secure your preferred time and treatment, we recommend reserving your experience at least three weeks in advance. Appointments may be held with any major credit card.
We invite you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow time to settle in and begin your experience with ease. In honor of every guest’s time, services begin and end promptly. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment.
During your visit, you are welcome to enjoy our quiet room and dry sauna—spaces designed for rest, reflection, and renewal. First appointments may relax after their treatments, while last appointments may relax before their treatments.
Please note that Ocean Tides Spa is a serene retreat reserved for guests 18 years and older.
Spa Etiquette
Ocean Tides Spa is a sanctuary of stillness. We kindly ask that all guests honor the peaceful atmosphere by speaking softly and embracing quiet moments.
To fully immerse in the experience, we encourage you to unplug during your visit. Cell phones should be turned off and securely stored in your locker.
Personal Possessions
For your comfort and peace of mind, we recommend leaving all jewelry and valuables at home or secured in your guest room safe. While lockers are provided, Ocean Tides Spa cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Service Gratuity
For your convenience, a 20% service charge is automatically applied to all treatments and salon services.
Cancellation Policy
Your treatment time is intentionally reserved for you. We cherish your visit and the opportunity to provide an exceptional spa experience at Ocean Tides Spa. As a courtesy to other guests and our team, we kindly request that cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid full service charges. For group reservations, a two-week notice is required.
Guests arriving with sunburn may be unable to receive scheduled services. To ensure the most enjoyable experience, we encourage mindful sun exposure prior to your visit. Treatments missed due to sunburn within the cancellation window remain the financial responsibility of the guest.

For your peace of mind, please leave jewelry and valuables at home, as we cannot guarantee their security. Our locker room and quiet room are reserved for guests 18 and older.
Ocean Tides Spa is a smoke- and alcohol-free environment. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. We invite you to speak softly or simply enjoy the stillness. Thank you for joining us in creating a deeply restorative and tranquil experience.
Service Charge
A service charge will be applied to all treatments at checkout, with a portion graciously serving as gratuity for your therapist.
