You will be assigned a conference/ catering services manager that will assit on coordination of meeting specifics, floor planning, audio visual requirements, menu planning and billing requirements.
Upon confirmed availability of your date and venue requirements, a contractual agreement will be forwarded to you for signature and deposit to secure the agreement.
Your guests can call the 800 number provided in the contract or reserve their rooms online via the dedicated group link the Hotel can set up for your group.
Deposits are to secure and your event and are applied to the final estimate of your event expense, deposit schedule will be outlined in the agreement from your sales representative.
It is customary that all food and beverage be purchased from the hotel. However, exceptions have been made for a specific item or regional desert.
The Omni Safe & Clean initiative follows the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and each individual Omni location will adhere to local and/or federal mandates. Associates conduct daily health screening, including temperature checks; Frequent sanitation of all associate common areas; Thorough re-training on proper hygiene and best practices; Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
