CHEF'S SECRET GARDEN DINNER SERIES
Our culinary team hosts exclusive one-of-a-kind experiences that showcase visiting distilleries and winemakers from across the country. Each event invites guests to indulge in quality ingredients sourced locally in a live demonstration format. Prepared by Executive Chef Marcos Seville, each family style dinner includes three courses artfully paired with libations from distinguished winemakers and distillers. Each event is set in Chef's Kitchen, an indoor/outdoor space featuring custom millwork, hammered brass finishes, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, as well as a 2,500 square-foot, outdoor herb garden with an array of citrus, herbs and exotic mints. Each event is limited to 24 people.

Explore Arizona's diverse agriculture landscape in a rare, behind the scenes look alongside Omni Scottsdale's Executive Chef, Marcos Seville. Reserve your spot for an exclusive tour of select local farms followed by a true farm-to-table dining experience with the featured farmer showcasing the products collected early in the day for a hand-crafted meal, artfully paired with local wines. Meet the passionate purveyors that are bringing local produce to Arizona's kitchen table Each experience includes an exclusive seasonal tour, chef prepared meal, local wine pairings and round-trip transportation. This farm serves premium quality goods in their signature glass bottles, direct to local grocers. Jeff Memmelaar shares the family's traditional techniques which they have been preserving for more than 50 years.

Join us as we visit True Garden, the premier vertical aeroponic food farm in the Southwest. This first-of-its-kind facility, operated by solar power, is designed to drastically reduce the region's agricultural water consumption while making local, living produce available year-round in the hot desert regions of Phoenix and Southwest.

This tour heads off to one of Arizona's true entrepreneurships in Cave Creek, AZ. Started by brothers Joseph Martinez and David Redwood, Arizona Micro Greens includes a green house that was created at the George B. Brooks Sr. Community School, which provides some of most flavorful micro greens to the area's best restaurants and resorts.
TASTE OF MONTELUCIA COOKING CLASSES
Learn from Omni Scottsdale's expert culinary team with monthly cooking classes featuring the most flavorful, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Paired with each cooking class, enjoy a mini mixology lesson. Gather around the table for an afternoon sure to please your palette and the foodie in you. Each event is limited to just 14 people.
