Check-in: 4 PM /Check-out: 11 AM

Deposit information

A deposit of the first night’s room/package rate, daily incidental charge of $100 per night and tax will be taken at the time your reservation is made. This deposit is fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to your arrival.

Dining and recreation reservations 

Advanced reservations and appointments are encouraged for all recreation and evening dining to ensure preferred times.

Early check-in policy 

Check-in begins at 4 PM. If you arrive prior to 4 PM, you may check your luggage with the Bell Desk and enjoy our restaurants, resort shops and indoor pool until your room becomes available.

Early departure policy 

Your deposit will be forfeited should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date. If booked with a minimum night requirement or as a holiday package, you will be charged the full length of your reservation.

Cancellation policy 

Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged one night's room rate, daily resort charge and applicable taxes. Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, please have the confirmation number or the credit card number used to reserve the room available when calling. An advanced deposit of one night plus tax is due at time of booking.

Pet policy 

A valid Credit Card must be on file for all reservations. Up to Two (2) dogs or cats are allowed, per reservation, at The Omni Viking Lakes Hotel. Our pet policy extends only to dogs or cats. Other pets, including extreme or wild animals, are not allowed. Each room with a pet(s) will be charged a one-time non-refundable Pet Cleaning fee of $125. In the event that your pet is the cause of guest noise complaints, you will be asked to remove the pet and will be liable for financial compensation to those guests disturbed. You will be given an opportunity to respond to any noise complaints and in the event you are unable to satisfy this request, you may be asked to leave property and will be financially responsible for any and all costs associated with appeasing complaints. Service animals for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from our pet policy. Pets whose sole function is to provide comfort and companionship do not qualify for this exemption under ADA guidelines. Please note that only registered pets are permitted at the hotel.

To signify that your dog has been properly registered, we will provide a dark purple bandana which is to be tied to the dog’s neck. This bandana must always be visible throughout your stay. A fee of $200 will be assessed to the owner of any dog not registered with the hotel. Dogs with dark purple bandanas are only allowed in select areas of the hotel. Those areas include Main Hotel Lobby, Front Entryway, Outside Pet Relief Area, Outdoor Patio areas, and TCO Walking Trails. Pets are not permitted in any dining area (excluding outdoor patios), including Keras Lobby Lounge, Kyndred Hearth, Ember & Ice, retail shops, spa, pool areas, or fitness center.

For guests with service animals, a golden bandana will be provided. This bandana is for your convenience and will discreetly indicate to our associates that your animal is a service animal and that there is no reason to inquire about the animal's presence. We ask that the golden bandana be visible when in public areas.

Upon check-in, all guests with pets or service animals will receive a “Pet in Room” sign. Please hang this sign on your door for the duration of your stay. Housekeeping service for guest rooms with pets requires the owner to be present, or the room to be pet-free at the time of service for the safety of both the pet and the staff member.

Wellness policy 

Any use of Omni’s fitness centers, Fit Kits, Sleep Kits, or participation in off-site exercise classes or other programs offered by Omni (“Wellness Benefits”) is done at participant’s sole risk.  Omni shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to the participant or participant’s personal property resulting from the use of the Wellness Benefits, regardless of whether it occurs as a result of Omni’s negligence.  If the participant chooses to use the Wellness Benefits, the participant hereby expressly waives any claim of liability - for personal/bodily injury or damages - which occurs to the participant or for any loss of or injury to person or property. This waiver is intended to be a complete release of any responsibility for personal injuries and/or property loss/damage sustained by any participant while on Omni’s premises or at off-site exercise classes, whether using exercise equipment or not.

Omni Hotels reserves the right to not allow the open carry of handguns or other weapons on the hotel premises.
