Important information for our resort guests

CHECK-IN/OUT

Check-in: 4:00 p.m./Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

 

DEPOSIT INFORMATION

A deposit of the first night’s room/package rate, daily resort charge and tax will be taken at the time your reservation is made. This deposit is fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to your arrival.

 

DINING AND RECREATION RESERVATIONS

Advanced reservations and appointments are encouraged for all recreation and evening dining to ensure preferred times.

 

EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. If you arrive prior to 4:00 p.m., you may check your luggage with the Bell Desk and enjoy our restaurants, resort shops and indoor pool until your room becomes available.

 

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

Your deposit will be forfeited should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date. If booked with a minimum night requirement or as a holiday package, you will be charged the full length of your reservation.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged one night's room rate, daily resort charge and applicable taxes. Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, please have the confirmation number or the credit card number used to reserve the room available when calling. An advanced deposit of one night plus tax is due at time of booking.

 

 

PET POLICY

Guest must have a valid credit card. The weight of the pet is not to exceed 25 pounds. A *non-refundable* cleaning fee of $75.00 will be charged per stay, per room, not per pet. Up to 2 small pets and no more (pets must be under 25 pounds each). Dogs and cats are allowed. Extreme or wild animals are not authorized (snakes, birds, pit bulls, etc). In the event a dog begins to bark or is the cause of guest complaints then the guest will be asked to remove the pet. The pet must be placed in a carrier when housekeeping, mini-bar staff or engineering enters the room.The guest will be required to sign a document accepting complete financial responsibility for any damage caused by the pet.

Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from the pet policy - there is no weight limit or pet fee.

 

WELLNESS POLICY

Any use of Omni’s fitness centers, Fit Kits, Sleep Kits, or participation in off-site exercise classes or other programs offered by Omni (“Wellness Benefits”) is done at participant’s sole risk.  Omni shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to the participant or participant’s personal property resulting from the use of the Wellness Benefits, regardless of whether it occurs as a result of Omni’s negligence.  If the participant chooses to use the Wellness Benefits, the participant hereby expressly waives any claim of liability - for personal/bodily injury or damages - which occurs to the participant or for any loss of or injury to person or property. This waiver is intended to be a complete release of any responsibility for personal injuries and/or property loss/damage sustained by any participant while on Omni’s premises or at off-site exercise classes, whether using exercise equipment or not.

GENERAL

Omni Hotels reserves the right to not allow the open carry of handguns or other weapons on the hotel premises.
