The Director of Convention Services was excellent to work with and was on top of everything we needed. The Floor Managers team once again rocked the large amount of turns we needed to make the meeting happen. Food/Beverage was on top of all our needs and our members had a wonderful time. Also thanks to the housekeeping staff that helped us with the graduation gowns. Everything was a success!

The Sales Manager was outstanding, both in the planning phase and on-site during the event. She is very personable and helpful. While we used an outside company for AV, at the last minute we needed a light on the speaker and the in-house AV quickly assisted us. Very impressive hotel, staff, and AV company.
The Sales Manager and Assistant Director of Convention Services are the most valuable staff members I've had the pleasure of working with at any hotel. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure that our conference and training are top notch. These two are absolutely invaluable to the Omni brand.
