Mike Schneider (Director of Catering) went above and beyond in ANY AND EVERY capacity during our stay at the hotel. He was kind, attentive, engaging, helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our experience at the hotel was so wonderful thanks to him. The Convention Services Manager was our room block coordinator prior to our weekend events. She assisted us in handling very complicated and extensive room lists and was responsive and a pleasure to work with. She interacted with our guests who wished to extend their stay and was polite and courteous to them as well.
I was the official wedding coordinator for Tiffany & Jed's wedding and the planning experience with Kaitlin Felix (Sales Manager) was absolutely AMAZING. She responded to all of our concerns in a timely manner and put forth the utmost effort to ensure that the couple and her guests were well taken care of. I also worked with Herb Cupo, (Banquet Captain) for the event and he was superb. Very caring towards the couple and simply wanted to make sure that their night was the best. Everything was simply done with the highest excellence and the couple was very pleased! AMAZING STAFF!
The Senior Catering Manager was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, very responsive and great to work with! Steve Smith with Encore was also wonderful. He worked with our budget and everything went extremely smoothly.
The Senior Catering Manager was absolutely amazing to work with. He made the whole experience worthwhile. He had excellent ideas, put me in touch with fabulous vendors he recommended, was extremely responsive, professional, courteous, patient, and I always felt he genuinely had my personal interests in mind. The day of the wedding, I know he was put in a tricky position - with balancing the very hot conditions outside, with my preference in still pushing to have our wedding ceremony to take place outside. He worked with my wedding coordinator to devise a new plan, which kept hotel staff and guests cool, and limiting everyone's exposure to the heat. He was absolutely fabulous, and our guests are raving about everything. He remembered details from our conversations, and left nothing remaining or forgotten. When I arrived in the bridal suite, the chairs my hair and makeup vendors had requested were already set up. There was no detail left undone. When my parents or I had questions on invoices, he was also very patient to go over explanations and quick to provide responses. The wait staff during the ceremony and reception was also fantastic. We felt that Getty, one of the servers, was very personable and professional, and we really enjoyed seeing him during our reception. He provided us with excellent service.
Michael Schneider (Director of Catering) is phenomenal to work with. Simply phenomenal. Knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating, kind, the list goes on. Herb Cupo (Banquet Captain) was very insightful and eager to assist or take on tasks when needed. Mersija Becirovic (Banquet Manager) was very pleasant and accommodating. The entire banquet staff was awesome. There are some whose names I never got but I knew I could count on them to help me with last minute items that needed to be done. I didn't feel the need to go to Mike and Mersija for everything because their staff was receptive and ready to help with whatever was needed.
