At various times there may be changes in hours or service protocols related to our valet, housekeeping, dining and other facilities on property. Cancellation Policy
For information on our cancellation policies, review the rate rules and details when shopping packages and rates online.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.
During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day.
If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our team know.
Guests can still request items such as pillows, towels, blankets, plastic/paper cups, bathroom amenities, etc.

The guest arrival journey will provide a limited touch check-in process.

Offering a one-stop-shop for all your takeout needs in an easy grab-and-go market-style for breakfast, lunch or a cup of Omni’s signature Stance Coffee.
Open Sunday – Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Friday – Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Robert's Restaurant:
Daily: 6:00 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.
Dinner and Drinks:
Friday - Saturday 5:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

The Spa
The Omni Shoreham Spa offers massage and facial services by appointment. To confirm an spa appointment, call 202-756-5199.
Fitness Center & Outdoor Pool
Our pool is open to hotel guests and pool members only.
Pool hours are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily, weather permitting. Day passes are not available.

The Fitness Center: Offering limited occupancy to overnight hotel guests and fitness center members only on
a first-come-first-serve basis. The facility is adhering to stringent CDC operational guidelines and all guests.
NOTE: Due to the required occupancy limits mentioned above, please be aware there could be wait times to enter.
