If your reservation qualifies for Florida sales tax exemption, we will need the following documentation prior to arrival or at the time of check-in:

1. A valid Florida Tax Exemption Certificate - Please verify that the certificate is current and has not expired.
2. Payment method matching the tax-exempt entity - The form of payment must match the name/entity listed on the tax exemption certificate.

** If a credit card authorization has been sent in on your behalf, that is not sufficient for tax exemption. You must have the above two items.**

Once we have the tax exemption certificate and the copy of the form of payment, we will be able to process payment for room charges and send you an invoice if needed.
