ARRIVAL AT THE VILLAS AND SUNSET LODGE & SUITES
The Sunset Lodge & Suites Concierge Desk is open 24 hours a day for arrivals, departures and guest assistance. The Villa Concierge Desk is open from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. and after hour arrivals may check-in at the main resort or with the Sunset Lodge & Suites Concierge. Self parking is available at the Villas and the Sunset Lodge & Suites. During your stay we offer a complimentary shuttle to any resort location (main resort, pools, golf, Leadbetter Academy, Villas and Sunset Lodge).
AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY
In order to reserve a room and check in at our property, you must be at least 21 years of age. A photo ID is required at check-in.
A “child” is any individual who is 17 years of age or younger.
RESORT SERVICE CHARGE
A resort service charge of $33 plus tax, per day, will be added to the daily room rate. This resort charge allows guests to enjoy many resort services and activities without having to incur miscellaneous charges.
Resort service charge includes:
- In room high-speed and wireless Internet access
- 2 bottles of water per room, per day
- Scheduled Transportation to Walt Disney Theme Parks – Reservations are required*
- Use of our three state-of-the-art Health Clubs (24 hour access)
- Access to Basketball Court (includes recreation equipment which may be checked out from the Pool Concierge at the Towel Hut)
- Access to the Tennis Court and Basketball Court near the Villas and Sunset Lodge and Suites (includes recreation equipment which may be checked out from the Sunset Lodge Concierge)
- Access to Resort Pools, Jacuzzi, Wave Pool, and Lazy River (includes use of inner tubes and children’s life jackets)
- No charge for local and 800 access call connections
- Newspaper available Monday-Friday
- Turn down service (upon request)
- In-room coffee
*The Walt Disney World® transportation that accesses all Disney attractions is scheduled for multiple departure and return trips. 24-hour advance reservations are required to reserve specific times. Please allow up to 48 hours’ notice for transportation that requires a chair lift or other ADA accommodation. See the concierge for reservations (ext 6506), and after hours call 407-888-9220, extension 3.
The use of a debit card will initiate, at the time of check-in, an immediate deduction from your bank account for your room rate, inclusive of tax, for all room nights plus $50 per night for incidentals. Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon the business rules of your bank, it may take 72 hours or longer for your bank to process this back to your account. If you are paying by cash, full payment is due at time of check-in, including a $50 per day deposit for incidentals.

Pets under 50 lbs. are allowed on the second floor of the main resort building. Each room with a pet will be charged a non-refundable cleaning fee of $195 per stay for the first pet and $100 additional for a second pet (if applicable). Pets are not permitted in the villas. GOOD NIGHT’S REST POLICY
To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, the hotel enforces a Good Night’s Rest Policy. Only registered guests are permitted to enter guest room elevators or guest rooms after 10:30 p.m. All guests must be registered at check in. If a disturbance is created, as a result of a party or noise from a guest room, all guests in the room will be asked to leave the hotel, without a refund.
All guest rooms are non-smoking.
Any use of Omni’s fitness centers, Fit Kits, Sleep Kits, or participation in off-site exercise classes or other programs offered by Omni (“Wellness Benefits”) is done at participant’s sole risk. Omni shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to the participant or participant’s personal property resulting from the use of the Wellness Benefits, regardless of whether it occurs as a result of Omni’s negligence. If the participant chooses to use the Wellness Benefits, the participant hereby expressly waives any claim of liability - for personal/bodily injury or damages - which occurs to the participant or for any loss of or injury to person or property. This waiver is intended to be a complete release of any responsibility for personal injuries and/or property loss/damage sustained by any participant while on Omni’s premises or at off-site exercise classes, whether using exercise equipment or not.
