To ensure that your preferred treatment or therapist is available, we encourage you to schedule your Mokara Spa appointment in advance. Bookings made on the day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based on availability. All reservations must be secured with a major credit/debit card and telephone number. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time to fill outa consultation form and set up a locker.
*Florida Residents receive a 10% discount on spa services and spa retail. Discounts do not apply to already discounted items. Must present FL ID at Mokara Spa check in.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
For groups of six or more, a Spa Group coordinator is available to facilitate your booking and spa experience.

The Mokara Spa offers guests the rare opportunity to relax in a calm, quiet environment with no disruptions or distractions. Please help us maintain this peaceful atmosphere by turning off your cell phone and speaking softly.
HEALTH AND COMFORT LEVEL
We recommend showering prior to your treatment for optimal service benefits. In addition, please notify our spa concierge when booking your treatments if you:
- Have high blood pressure
- Have a heart condition
- Have had recent surgery
- Suffer from allergies
- Are pregnant
- Are taking any medication
- Have any health concerns
It is always advisable to check with your doctor prior to your appointment. To avoid skin irritation, please note that shaving is not recommended before a body treatment or men’s facial. If you choose to shave, please do so at least four hours prior to your service appointment.
OBSERVE OUR MINIMUM AGE
Mokara Spa is designed for use by adults only. Guests must be at least 18 years old to use our facilities.
ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
To relax and allow yourself time to check-in, we recommend that you arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you wish to enjoy our amenities, arrive earlier, or stay after your appointment! Oversized robes and slippers are provided, and our spa attendant is available to assist with any additional requests.
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. Please understand that you will be billed for the full treatment time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your business and welcome you to experience the exceptional level of service offered at Mokara Spa. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments to avoid any charges being made to your credit card.
GRATUITIES
For your convenience, a 20 percent service charge will be added to all Mokara Spa treatment prices. Gratuities should reflect your level of satisfaction with our services and your personal providers; therefore, all additional gratuities are left solely at your discretion. Envelopes are provided at the spa checkout desk.
