MEET THE CHEF OF OMNI LA MANSIÓN DEL RIO
Over the years, Chef Andres has delivered services across well renowned hotels and restaurants in the hospitality industry, and luxury restaurants in Caracas-Venezuela. His past career record demonstrates his credibility in leading the entire spectrum of kitchen operations across fast-paced environments.
Spending his childhood watching his mother, who was an exceptional chef, Farias eventually came to realize his own passion in the kitchen. In 2001, Farias graduated as an International Chef from the High Training Educational Institute in Caracas, Venezuela. He also has completed additional specialized training for French and Asian Cuisine, as well as Bakery-Pastry. In 2019, Chef Andres Farias participated in the Celebrity Chef Ball hosted at Morgan Manufacturing. With these accomplishments, Chef Andres developed a unique blend of creativity and business sense that allows him to maintain high quality standards and service orientation while delivering services. Omni La Mansión del Rio and Mokara Hotel & Spa are eager to see these qualities come into fruition in the kitchen.
Omni La Mansion del Rio is excited to have Chef Andres as the Executive Chef for Four Brothers Southern Provisions. Opening in August 2022, Four Brothers will be located on the San Antonio Riverwalk and will have a unique dining experience that represents history, ambiance, and all the food luxury that San Antonio has to offer.
