This past September, I was afforded the opportunity to join Omni Hotels & Resorts as general manager at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia in Arizona. Having been a resident of Scottsdale for 25 years, and part of the original concept team hired to develop Montelucia in 2004, my return to the resort is a homecoming of sorts.
