Michael, one of the service captains, was informed by Rosa, (who helped set out the food for our meeting), that I had mentioned to my group that I'd forgotten (or lost) my belt. Next thing you know, Michael brought me a belt that had been left by another guest months ago. It fit perfectly. When I later tried to show my appreciation with a gratuity, he (politely) refused. What none of your folks knew was that I am the president of my group, and so they weren't treating me any differently than anyone else. They genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs, and helping people. I have told numerous people about my experiences there.
