Paddleboarding through these same waters provides scenery on a different level and adds a little more adventure to your excursion. For total relaxation, rent a sailboat for an hour or a day, take a sunset cruise or set sail on a charter on Amelia River.
Experience the natural beauty of the island by kayak. You will learn about the birds, fish and animals that flourish in the salt marsh while you explore the island. Choose from a Naturalist Kayak Tour or Kayak Fishing Tour. Kayak tours last approximately 1.5 hours. Minimum age is 8 years old. Ages 8-12 are required to paddle with an adult.

Explore the marsh creeks on a stand-up paddleboard. Tours last approximately 1.5 hours depending on the tides. Introductory paddle lessons given at the start of each tour tour. Minimum age is 13 years old, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum 80 lbs. and up.
Experience our newest way of exploring the tidal salt marsh. These innovative boards, similar to a stair stepper, use fins to propel you through the water and cover distance with ease. Tours last approximately 1.5 hours depending on the tides. Ages 12 and above, Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
