BODY TONE | 55 MINUTES
This intense strength and endurance workout focuses on strength and conditioning of the whole body. You will mix resistaballs, dumbbells and all the elements you love about group exercise to make this early morning class a favorite.
CIRCUIT TRAINING/HIIT | 45 MINUTES
Circuit Training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. A “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.
C3: CORE, CARDIO & CONDITIONING | 45 MINUTES
This class consists of core work and functional strength movement patterns, as well as interval cardio bursts performed in a circuit style format.
GENTLE YOGA | 45 MINUTES
Gentle yoga offers focused gentle yoga and breath work, resulting in back, hip and trunk release.
KICKBOXING | 45 MINUTES
This cardio strength training class uses boxing moves and boxing bags. A focus on stretching is also included. Open to all levels.
PILATES® | 55 MINUTES
Dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen.
SPIN & ZEN | 45 MINUTES
This class combines a cardiovascular using spin bikes with a relaxing yoga flow. You will leave class feeling invigorated and rejuvenated.
WATER AEROBICS | 55 MINUTES
Using the water’s natural buoyancy, achieve a greater degree of stretching, reduced stress and muscle relaxation while improving cardiovascular and neuromuscular training.
YOGA | 45 MINUTES
Using slow movements and stretching, yoga is good for increasing flexibility and balance as well as relieving stress.

Meet the Team
Macy brings over 8 years of Personal Training and class teaching experience to our Health & Fitness Center at Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort. He likes to remind his clients that "laughter is great for the core. His certifications include: NASM CPT/CES and PNF (assisted stretching).
Tom's background in fitness and conditioning comes from a career as a U.S Army officer and a Masters Degree in Education. As an AFAA certified Personal Trainer Tom, has been with Omni for over four years. He offers conditioning through a balanced approach of strength training, flexibility and balance.
Originally from Rome, Italy, Viviana is our Omni Fitness Head Trainer and had been a class group instructor for over 10 years. She holds the following certifications: AFAA PT, NASM CES (Corrective Exercise: back, hips, knees, shoulders and ankles), NASM FNS (Functional Nutrition), Life Coach, Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Spinning, TRX, Balance & Core Stability, Les Mills BP and CX.
We firmly believe in the mantra, “the more the merrier”, which is why our Health & Fitness center classes are also available for large groups.
