Friday, July 3

Build Your Own Boat* | 3 PM | Pool Deck
Set sail in celebration of America’s 250th with a little ingenuity and a lot of fun. Construct your own ship from a variety of materials and watch it cruise across the pool - mast, sails, and all. Space is limited and full family participation required. Sign-ups begin at 11 a.m. with the activities team. Complimentary.

All-American Family Bash* | 6 - 9 PM | 8 Flags Patio & Magnolia Garden
Celebrate 250 years of American spirit with an unforgettable evening of live music and family fun. Featuring Kristen Merlin of NBC’s The Voice, plus bounce houses, interactive games, and a festive popcorn bar, all building to a high-energy, concert-style performance.

Firecracker 5K | 8 AM |Racquet Park
Kick off the Fourth and America’s 250th with a scenic, chip-timed run through our shaded, tree-lined resort.

Fourth of July Parade | 10 AM | Racquet Park
Rent your bike or island hopper at Amelia’s Wheels and don’t forget your festive decorations! Parade line-up is from 8:30-9:30 a.m. The parade starts at Racquet Park and ends at The Oaks, next to the Omni Golf Pro Shop. This event is planned by the community association.

Soak in the spirit of America’s 250th poolside, where glowing accents, fire pits, and easy summer rhythms set the scene. Enjoy music, family-friendly games, and a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the night sky. Fireworks will kick off at 9:30 p.m.
