Restaurant Week at Amelia Island

Raise a glass to celebrate the beginning of a new year and the opening of Amelia Island Restaurant Week with the Tangent Tastes dinner at Omni Amelia Island Resort.

The five-course cocktail-paired dinner will feature a unique interactive experience allowing guests to chart their own journey by adding assorted sea sprays, glazes and extracts which have been carefully crafted to complement the courses. Adventurous diners may be as bold as they wish by modifying their own dishes, while others may utilize our culinary team’s suggestions based on their taste.
