We are grateful for your continued patronage and we look forward to welcoming you to our hotels for your next stay.

During this unprecedented time we have made changes as necessary to adhere to new policies put in place for each respective location. In addition to our original cleaning and operating standards, we are adding additional ways to meet guest expectations and strict cleaning guidelines. At various times there may be changes in operations to valet offerings, amenities, service protocols, etc. due to the nature of the Covid response. We appreciate your patience during this time as we maintain efforts to adhere to all measures put in place to ensure the safety of our guests and associates.

  • All onsite alcohol sales must end at 9:00 PM. Therefore, last call will be at 8:45 PM.
  • Dining establishments will take the last reservations of the night at 8:30 PM.
  • Throughout NC, there’s a state-wide curfew from 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM.
  • N.C. state mandates people (ages 5 and over) are required to wear a cloth face covering while indoors whether or not 6 feet of social distancing can be met.

however, the Omni Grove Park Inn is offering valet services with enhanced cleaning measures.

The National Gingerbread House Competition is virtual this year without a public display of Gingerbread Houses on property.
However, the hotel has launched a new blend of in-person and virtual activities so everyone can join in on the fun.

Sunset Terrace:

The Sunset Terrace is closed for the season. For other lunch and dinner options, please see EDISON, craft ales + kitchen, Vue 1913 or Blue Ridge.

EDISON, craft ales + kitchen:
Offering dine-in service 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, 11:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Reservations are required.

Blue Ridge:
Breakfast Daily: 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Themed Dinners: Friday Night Seafood & Saturday Night Prime Rib, 4:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. 
Sunday Brunch: 12, noon – 2:30 p.m.
Reservations are required for dinners & brunch only.

Offering Chef-inspired dine-in experience with panoramic views of the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains. Don’t miss our daily à la carte breakfast menu and award-winning attendant-served buffet stations; Friday night Seafood, Saturday night Prime Rib and Sunday Brunch. It’s the perfect way to end any week.

The Marketplace:
Coffee shop and grab & go service is available during weekdays 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Friday – Saturday 6:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Great Hall Bar
Featuring craft cocktails & small plates.

Spa Cafe
Offering dine-in dinner service 7 days a week 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Food & beverage service will be available both in the Café and by the Outdoor Spa Whirlpool (last call at 5PM by the outdoor whirlpool daily).

*North Carolina Mandate 181 states the hotel just cease the sale and service of alcoholic beverages at 9pm. We will make the last call for alcohol purchase at 8:45pm in every restaurant and bar on property.

The Spa
Offering limited service and treatment options in accordance with the limited capacity levels set by the CDC and N.C. State Government.

Due to an increase in demand, Spa appointments will only be available to overnight guests, at this time, to ensure safety and social distancing measures stay intact. The Spa is closely adhering to stringent CDC personal care operational guidelines.
Because of this, guests can expect the following:
1) All visitors will be asked health screening questions when checking in to The Spa.
2) Cloth face coverings are required in all areas of The Spa.

Spa Pools
Access to our spa pools & amenities is only guaranteed for those with scheduled spa treatments or day passes.
Food from outside the resort is prohibited in The Spa.  
Hours of operation:
Sunday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday – Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Pool & Fitness Center
The Sports Complex & Indoor Pool: Offering limited occupancy on a first-come-first-serve basis due to
social distancing and safety guidelines.

All visitors will have their temperature checked upon entering the Sports Complex.
Visitors in both indoor and outdoor areas, must wear cloth face coverings over the mouth and nose at all times.

NOTE: Due to the required occupancy limits mentioned above, please be aware there could be wait times to enter.

Hours of operation: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily; closed daily between 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM for cleaning.

Outdoor Pool:
Closed for the season as of September 27th.

Spa Fitness Center: Offering limited occupancy on a first-come-first-serve basis for Spa guests to ensure social distancing
and safety guidelines. Inquire during your Spa visit.

Audio History Tour
The tour covers the history of E.W. Grove, the construction and early years of the resort, our Arts & Crafts
style furniture and some of our most notable guests. The tour lasts approximately 45 minutes and consists
of walking and long periods of standing. We recommend bringing your own headphones for the tour.
Please see the Concierge Desk if you require a headset and a complementary pair will be provided. Adapters for
phones and headphones are available for purchase at the Concierge Desk or the Marketplace.
