AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room. Photo ID is required upon check-in. Individuals 17 years old and younger are considered children. Guests of The Spa must be at least 18 years of age, no exceptions.

Check-in: 4:00 p.m. / Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY
If you arrive early, you may check your luggage at the bell desk and enjoy a round of golf, a therapeutic spa treatment or have a snack in one of our many unique locally sourced restaurants.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
There will be an early departure charge of a one night's rate if you check out prior to your scheduled departure date. If booked with a minimum night requirement or as a holiday package, you will be charged the full cost of your reservation. This is only applicable to a package code rate.
If you wish to cancel your reservations, please cancel seven days prior to 12:00 p.m. on the day you are scheduled to arrive to avoid forfeiting your room deposit. If you reduce your length of stay within seven days of arrival, you will be responsible for the full night’s room charge. If you are booked over a minimum night requirement or holiday package and elect to depart prior to your scheduled departure date, you will be charged the full length of your reservation. Spa reservations and golf tee times must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid penalty.
Guests paying in cash must pay their room charges in full with an additional per-day deposit at the time of check-in.
DAILY RESORT CHARGE
A $35(plus tax) daily resort charge will be added each night. This resort charge includes local calling, in-room high-speed Internet access, in-room coffee and tea, two bottles of water available in-room upon arrival, on-property shuttle services, an audio history tour, daily newspapers located in the Great Hall, and access to the Sports Complex where our indoor pool and outdoor tennis courts are located.
DEBIT CARD POLICY
The use of a debit card will initiate, at the time of check-in, an immediate deduction from your bank account for your room rate, inclusive of tax, for all room nights plus $150 per night for incidentals. Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon your bank, it may take 72 hours or longer to process this transaction to your account.
A deposit of a one night’s stay will be requested when your reservation is made.
GOOD NIGHT’S REST POLICY
To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, the hotel enforces a Good Night’s Rest Policy in our guest rooms. Only registered guests are permitted to enter guest room elevators or guest rooms after 10:30 p.m. All guests must be registered at check-in. If a disturbance is created, as a result of a party or noise from a guest room, all guests in the room will be asked to leave the hotel, without a refund. These guidelines are in place to ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful and pleasant stay in our hotel.
The room rate and daily resort charges are subject to imposed fees and taxes.
SERVICE CHARGE AND GRATUITY
A 20 percent service charge will be added to all food and beverage dining checks for parties of eight or more and in-room dining. For parties less than eight, gratuity is at your own discretion.
Your package rate excludes all taxes, fees and the $30 daily resort charge unless otherwise specified. If you need to reschedule or modify your reservation, your rate is subject to change.
PERSONAL CHECK POLICY
Guests who plan to pay with a personal check must pay a deposit with a credit card when the reservation is booked or send a check for the amount of the deposit within 10 days of making the reservation. If the check is not received within 10 days of the reservation, it will be cancelled.
Registered resort pet guests are welcome at The Omni Grove Park Inn. Pet rooms are limited and are based on availability. Two dogs up to 60 lbs. each may be registered to a room, if a valid credit card is on file. Please note that our pet policy extends only to dogs. Extreme or wild animals are not allowed. Guests are required to sign a document accepting complete financial responsibility for any damage, personal injury or disturbance caused by the dog(s). Each room with a dog(s) will be charged a cleaning charge of $250 per stay (the charge is per room not per dog). At no time may the dog be left alone in the room. In the event that a dog begins to bark or is the cause of guest complaints, the guest will be asked to remove the pet and may be liable for financial compensation to those guests disturbed. Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from our pet policy. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort and companionship do not qualify from this exemption under ADA guidelines. For your convenience, our pet floors are premium rooms located on the second and third floors of the Vanderbilt Wing. To request a pet friendly accommodation, please call 800-438-5800.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY REQUESTS
Overnight guests interested in taking professional pictures at The Omni Grove Park Inn must have prior approval from the Marketing Department. Guests must provide their stay dates, preferred photo shoot dates and times, photo shoot purpose, contact information, photographer contact information (if booked). Additionally, the photographer must provide a certificate of insurance before approval can be granted. At this time, we are unable to approve any professional photography requests for guests who are not staying at the hotel due to the volume of requests received.

The Omni Grove Park Inn is a smoke-free property.
Rollaway beds are can be requested for rooms that have the size to accommodate them and are based on availability.
Any use of Omni’s fitness centers, Fit Kits, Sleep Kits, or participation in off-site exercise classes or other programs offered by Omni (“Wellness Benefits”) is done at participant’s sole risk. Omni shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to the participant or participant’s personal property resulting from the use of the Wellness Benefits, regardless of whether it occurs as a result of Omni’s negligence. If the participant chooses to use the Wellness Benefits, the participant hereby expressly waives any claim of liability - for personal/bodily injury or damages - which occurs to the participant or for any loss of or injury to person or property. This waiver is intended to be a complete release of any responsibility for personal injuries and/or property loss/damage sustained by any participant while on Omni’s premises or at off-site exercise classes, whether using exercise equipment or not.
